ABOUT F3
ABOUT F3
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith—a free, peer-led workout group for men. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The five core principles of F3 are:
Free of charge: Workouts are free for all men
Open to all men: All men are welcome to participate, regardless of their background
Held outdoors: Workouts take place outside, rain or shine, hot or cold
Peer led: Men take turns leading the workouts, with no formal training or certification required
End with a Circle of Trust: Workouts conclude with a Circle of Trust.
Outdoor, free, peer-led workouts for men of all fitness levels.
No sign-ups, no memberships—just show up.
Accountability through consistency—rain or shine!
More than just fitness—we build relationships.
Regular gatherings, coffee meetups, and events to deepen connections.
We push and support each other in life, not just in workouts.
Not about religion, but a shared commitment to serving others.
Community impact through service projects and outreach.
Helping each other become better husbands, fathers, and leaders.
F3 Five Points serves the Newton, Conover, Claremont, and Catawba communities. Our workouts and fellowship opportunities are designed to build men into better leaders, better friends, and better fathers.
