👟 Do I need to be in shape? – No! F3 workouts are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available. After all, the credo of F3 is "Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him."
💲 Does it cost anything? – F3 is free. Always.
👥 What if I don’t know anyone? – Perfect! We welcome new guys (FNGs) and make you feel at home.
🏋️ What should I bring? – Workout clothes, gloves (optional), water, and a positive attitude.
🌦 Do workouts happen in bad weather? – Yes. We’re outdoors, rain or shine, unless conditions are unsafe.
